William has 7 years of strategy consulting and business administration experience. After visiting some of the slums in Mumbai in 2007, William was struck by the prevalence of gender discrimination despite the many women empowerment programs in place.

After repeatedly witnessing the power of film in India to capture the imagination of men, William began testing potential solutions with professionals and community members and concluded that popular entertainment could form the basis of successful interventions with men.
