Ltd. is pleased to invite you to a high-powered Panel Discussion with Mr T C A Rangachari, Former Indian Ambassador to Germany and Mr Sebastian Steinbach of Steinbach & Partner, Germany, a major Global Executive Search Company.

Mr TCA Rangachari is a 36 year old veteran of the Indian Foreign Service. He was our Ambassador to Algeria, Germany and France. Currently he is the Director at the Jamia Millia Islamia University at their Academy for International Studies, New Delhi. Apart from English, Hindi and Tamil he also speaks fluently Chinese and French.

Mr Sebastian Steinbach is the Board Member of Steinbach Consulting AG Germany since 2006. He is a Mechanical Engineer who has studied at the Universities of Munich, Stuttgart and Berkeley, California (USA). His Family Company Steinbach & Partner is a highly respected 27 years old Executive Search Firm which has now subsidiaries in India and China. Mr Steinbach is the Chairman of the Indian Subsidiary which was recently launched in Pune, India.

This Panel Discussion will, through interesting examples and stories, illustrate the various Challenges involved in Identifying Senior Level Management Talent both in Germany and India for German Companies entering India as well as Indian companies establishing businesses in Germany.

The Panel Discussion will be moderated by Mr Ajay Mehta, an experienced businessman himself and also the Vice President, and Chairman of International Business and Relations Committee of the MCCIA.
The event will be especially useful to Senior Management of both Indian and German Companies.
